**Salary - Paying up to £42,000**
**I am delighted to be working with a market leading supplier into the construction industry who are seeking for a Senior Buyer to join their successful team on a permanent basis.**
**About you**
- +4 years’ experience of working within a Stock control or Purchasing role
- Experience of dealing with the construction industry would be ideal.
**Reporting to the Group Procurement Manager you will**
- Communicate forecasts and POs to suppliers
- Review ‘value’ offered by existing suppliers and ensure that the company’s purchasing remains competitive
- Lead market analysis and best value benchmarking of relevant markets
- Liaise between suppliers and internal departments.
- Build and maintain relationships with all Suppliers.
- Check supplier invoices and authorising payments.
- Other Adhoc Duties
** There will be expectations to travel to UK & Europe for Exhibitions/Supplier meetings**
