The Urbanist is Kilmarnock’s premium bar, kitchen, garden and venue. Hosting everything and everyone, from a pint with the dog or dinner with the family, to events and intimate weddings. A beautifully prepared menu using the best in local produce. A perfectly stocked bar, bring premium craft liquids to Kilmarnock. **THE ROLE**

**Bar Supervisor**

The bar is your domain and you’ll lead your team expertly through the creation of handcrafted cocktails and perfectly poured pints. You’re a bar-blade warrior and you live by a code: product, service, ambience. You’re cool, calm and collected, with more product knowledge than Difford’s. Training your team, setting the standard and attention to detail are second nature.
