You will be helping to create sealed enclosures using polythene sheeting on construction projects and large engineered products.

We are looking for hard-working and self-disciplined individuals with a 'can-do' attitude to work in our installations business; this involves teams working away from base to fulfil customer requirements on construction & industrial sites UK-wide.

Full training will be provided, but applicants should be aware they will regularly work at height and with heat tools.

Personal development will be from starting as a driver/labourer; quickly becoming a skilled installer and future team supervisor. After this there are further opportunities dependent on aptitude.

Full workwear and personal protective equipment will be provided and it is important for us that the image of the company, standards of professionalism and safety are maintained at all times in order to achieve customer satisfaction and maintain profitability.

Working hours are based around customer requirements at various locations around the UK. When working away from home, hotels & food allowance are provided.

It is an exciting time for us here at Tufcoat, we have an ambitious business plan involving expansion in a number of areas and the expansion of the installations business is a critical part of this.

**Tufcoat Summary**

As the market leader in their field, Tufcoat have been providing temporary weather protection & environmental containment for a huge variety of projects since 2004.

Installations work takes place on customer sites all over the UK, working with lots of different industries from aircraft reclamation to bridge refurbishment and historic building restorations to large scale factory manufacturing.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Duties**:

- Driving all over UK;
- Draping, positioning and cutting large sheets of polythene;
- Use heat torches to weld & shrink sheets;
- Working at height;
- Lifting & moving materials, tools & equipment;
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment;
- Working safely at all times.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Maintain positive, hard-working attitude with the desire to get the job done well;
- Remain polite & well-presented at all times;
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and continuously improve;
- Driving Licence

**Benefits**

All PPE and workwear is provided; and when required, accommodation, subsistence and travel are paid for.

Please note you must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test and fit for work medical and for some sites will be required to pass security checks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
