**Job Description**:
Most working people today are seeking good work-life balance. At home instead, we can help you with this.

No day is the same, you will be visiting clients for a minimum one-hour call. All we ask is that you can be available for 35 hours per week and can be flexible with the start/finish times on a 0-hour contract basis.

Here is an example of current Care Professional full-time work patterns;
**Mornings** - 7am - 6pm - Must work alternate Saturdays/Sundays

**Evenings** - 1pm - 10pm - Must work alternate Saturdays/Sundays

Schedule:

- 10-hour shift
- 12-hour shift
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Experience is not essential as we provide full training and ongoing support. We will help you with your Care Certificate. You will be joining a supportive team who are focused on providing the highest level of person-centred care. All we ask from you is that you are willing to get to know your client, support them with mobility and personal care, help them up and around their home safely and assist with tasks such as preparing meals or medication reminders. Most of all, you’ll be company to them in their own home.

**As a Care Assistant you will receive great rates of pay, excellent support and benefits include;**
- Regular hours and clients
- £11.70-£14.30 per hour
- Paid Introductions / Shadows to all clients
- Enhanced rate of pay at weekends and bank holidays
- Mileage allowance 40p per mile
- Health Care benefits
