We are looking on behalf of a wonderful Nursery school for a qualified passionate, caring Early Years Teacher. This role would be a long-term full-time role in this friendly nursery. You will be joining a tight knit team who are ever so warm & welcoming,they all care greatly about the children & providing a safe, happy environment. If you are not qualified but experienced there are opportunities to gain extra qualifications, Level 3/4 in Early Years free of charge.

You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with your team. You will also be building & maintaining strong well-established relationships with the families as it is of paramount of importance that you know every childas an individual.

You will need to be someone who is truly passionate about providing a high standard of care & education for the children. We are looking for a dedicated, experienced teacher who can create fun & stimulating lessons for all early year ages.

At this delightful nursery the children's interests and choices are at the heart of their educational approach. This approach is based on High Scope which is a child centered approach with emphasis on active participatory learning.

You will need to be a Teacher who is able to provide a safe, happy & stimulating environment. You will need to be able to manage the children's behaviour in a positive, calm manner.

The role will also involve tracking the children's progress, keep records & report back to the parents/guardians. You will need to plan fun & education lessons / activities which assist the children's development and keep them engaged. It is your responsibilityto stay aware & look out for any safeguarding concerns & report them appropriately.

Apart of your role will be managing the classroom such as day to day activities, break times, meal times, toilets breaks & Rest times.

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- QTS essential
- Level 3 or above
- Psychology, sociology, social care qualification
