Overview:
We are currently seeking Passenger Assistants for School Runs in Pontypool. As a Passenger Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe transportation of school children to and from their destinations.

**Duties**:

- Assist children boarding and exiting the school bus
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during transit
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and bus drivers
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers
- Maintain order and discipline among students
- Assist in emergency evacuation procedures when necessary

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
