We have a new opportunity for an Operations Support Administrator to join our team based on site at our Memory Lane Cakes factory in Cardiff. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is organised and enjoys dealing with people in a fast-paced environment.
Our Memory Lane Cakes site is part of our Cake Division within Finsbury Food Group. They make over 75% of the UK’s sharing cakes from retailer own brands cakes, tray bakes through to party cakes like Caterpillar cakes. They employ over 850 people on site and the sites runs 24/7, which encompasses a culture of Team work, friendly and respectful leadership and a focus on Continuous improvement at all levels.
This role will report into the site’s Operational Support Lead and will be responsible for supporting the Operations Support team, who play a key role in ensuring the Operations team have the required number of people working on each line every day.

**This is what you’ll actually do**
As the Operations Support Administrator, you will ensure that the correct number of people are available to work on each production line, liaising with the factory management and agency to ensure that the correct number of agency workers are ordered based on projected absences and holidays.
To successfully do this, you will help to ensure the Company’s time and attendance system is kept up to date with details of holidays and planned absence, and input information into a variety of planning reports that determine the required agency resource. You will also be required to carry out other administrative tasks such as printing production paperwork.

- You will also possess excellent team working and clear communicating skills
