We are a specialist freight provider to the global publishing industry.
Due to recent development and growth of business over the past months. We are seeking an admin assistant to work within our busy export department.
This will be a key role learning the business and assisting day to day operational matters.
Role would suit a person who has enthusiasm and a willing to achieve. We are looking for someone who wants to progress and take ownership, take responsibility and develop their skill set.
Person required would be an enthusiastic creative free thinker willing to become involved in our focused operation.
**Key role attributes required would be**:
- Prior Shipping knowledge, export would be an advantage but not necessary
- Enthusiastic and engaging personality
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good level of computer literacy.
- Good understanding of excel would be an advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Teams
- Self-motivated with willingness to take responsibility & organisational skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
Salary will be negotiable dependent experience.
Role’s are based at our Basildon office, regular working hours 9 to 5.00. 4 weeks holiday, smart casual dress code. Medicash enrolment, office benefits package.
