An exciting opportunity has become available for a **full time** **Receptionist **to join the well-established dental practice, **Ocean Dental Care in the heart of Manchester,** which joined the Portman family in June of this year along with its sister business in Fallowfield

**Ocean Dental Care** is a predominantly private practice and have been a leading provider of dental services to the city, with excellent customer feedback scores. We pride ourselves on delivering a comprehensive range of treatments where you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the best dentists in the North West.

**What can we offer you as a Dental Receptionist?**
- **Full-time hours: 39 hours per week over **4 days** with 2 out of 4 Saturdays as overtime**:

- Typical shifts on a rolling rota will be Mon and Tues
- 8.15 to 7.30pm, Weds and Fri
- 8.15 to 6pm

**As a Dental Receptionist**:

- You will have proven front of house reception experience with a focus on high quality customer led service, this would ideally be within a dental, hotel or healthcare setting.
- You will be motivated, organised and a good communicator who thrives upon maintaining good standards, happy on a fast-paced desk
- Offering a warm and welcoming environment to our patients and visitors
- Working collaboratively with all colleagues and the wider business you will be a vital team member
- Your drive to constantly deliver and improve the patient journey in line with Portman Dental Care’s Visions and Values will enable your success in this role
