The Moonraker is part of Sleeping Bear Hotels, a collection of three boutique hotels in Wiltshire and Somerset.
We are family owned and focus very much on family values.
The Moonraker is Located in Trowbridge, has 23 bedrooms, meeting space and lovely grounds for guest to use. They host around 50 weddings per year.
The role of the **Shift Leader** is to assist with the smooth running of each of the following departments within the hotel.
- Reception
- Food and Beverage
- Events
This role will predominantly be focused on the Food and Beverage department where you will be working in the restaurant, weddings and events. You will be trained and developed in all areas with a full induction.
**Rough Shift patterns**
Early: 08:00 - 16:00
- You will cover breakfast as part of this shift & oversee any in-house meetings
Late: 15:00 - 23:00
- Working in the restaurant including any events that are in-house
Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisor position or above is essential.
Please note we are looking for people who are able to work past the summer holidays into Sept/October and beyond, hence you need to be local to the hotel
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
