**What does this role involve?**

Based in our Head Office in Chandlers ford, with frequent travel to other sites, you will carry our service and maintenance activities, to provide a safe environment for staff and customers.

Day to day, you will;
- assist with the running of multiple Utilita sites;
- respond to enquiries and requests raised on the facilities ticketing system;
- maintain effective business relationships with internal stakeholder, contractors and suppliers;
- carry out minor building fabric work;
- ensure all audits and compliance checks are completed within timescales and paperwork is recorded accurately.

**Who we are looking for?**

The role involves travel to various Utilita offices; therefore, you will have a full, clean driving licence and be willing to travel.

You will have excellent attention to detail, great communication skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel.

You will be a solution focused individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance role would be advantageous.

**Salary**: From £23,162.00 per hour
