Dron & Dickson is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day activities of our Marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their marketing career who is ready to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing and communications activities.

**Role Overview**

You will assist the Marketing Lead in delivering both digital and traditional marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, business development, and internal communications. The role involves campaign support, content creation, event coordination, and general administrative responsibilities across the function.

**Requirements**:
**What You’ll Do**
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital platforms, print, and events
- Maintain and update website content and social media channels
- Assist with creating marketing materials, presentations, and internal communications
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Conduct market and competitor research as required
- Help plan and support trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Manage marketing asset and tracking inventory
- Perform general administrative and operational support for the Marketing Lead

** What We're Looking For**
- A degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience - would be great but not essential
- Confident communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop), or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and a creative, proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable taking ownership of admin and coordination
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Provide support with invoicing, budgeting tasks, and documentation
