**Full time, Permanent**
**Salary**: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum + annual company bonus scheme
**Working**: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
**Location**: Remote working with occasional days in Winnersh (RG41)

As a Tactical Resource Manager for REL Field Marketing, you will be responsible for engaging and booking nationwide field marketing merchandising campaigns with and busy our Tactical OnDemand Field Agents. You will work closely as a team with Resource Managers, Account Managers and Account Executives. This is a big job, your energy and enthusiasm for engaging with people will be used to its maximum. Your key day will be booking guiding and supporting our team of flexible merchandisers to deliver for our big named, shiny clients.

**What will I be doing**:

- Ensure new recruits have a best-in-class experience with OnDemand
- Update Recruitment weekly on current vacancies and clearly communicate correct profile and skillset
- Monitor and track new recruits’ success in delivery
- Ensure the core team are fully accredited and supported
- Keep merchandiser records updated
- Ensure every job is fully booked at the point of live date
- Ensure the merchandiser team deliver on accepted visits and coverage is met

**Requirements**:

- Staffing Experience
- As the point of contact to team of merchandisers, you need to be friendly and approachable
- Target get-the-job done focused
- Solution oriented
- Organised
