**Job Summary**
**Duties**
Manage daily office operations:
- Perform data entry and clerical tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets / trackers, and presentations.
- Handle phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries as necessary.
- Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Chasing and updating support logs as necessary.
- Handle all company correspondence.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed for meetings or projects.
**Skills**
- Typing speed of 40 wpm or above
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Competent in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Emotional intelligence in face to face communications.
Pay: £22,880.00-£24,880.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
