Big Heart Fundraising are fundraising agency with a passion for driving support for some of the biggest household known charities by delivering nothing but high standard face to face interactions across London, in shopping centres, superstores station and events. Following the growth and development of our existing staff we’re throwing our doors open to welcome new driven and switched-on people to join our small family in our ever-inclining successes.

We pride ourselves on providing a relaxed working environment that still maintains results. We provide a full-time role -Monday to Friday-that's inclusive of a basic wage/hourly rate and uncapped bonuses. With years of experience in the charity sector, we lead not only with a Big Heart but our experiences and our knowledge, which together makes us a truly unstoppable force.

**What we offer**:

- Monday to Friday, 10AM - 5PM
- Availability for weekend shifts

**What we’re looking for from you**:

- Face to face experience in fundraising or sales is preferred
- Driven to overachieve
- Confidence to approach and start conversations with complete strangers
- Active listener (this job isn’t all about talking)
- Availability to work full time
- Ability to bounce back from rejection
- Motivation for success
- A minimum of 7 sign ups a week
- Available to work across London, a different location weekly.
- Confidence to ask members of the public to sign up to monthly donations

Although this is a self-employed role, it’s important to note that you are paid an hourly rate of £12 per hour (£360 per week), with bonuses kicking in at £40-50 per sign up on your 10 and above. Our bonus structure is uncapped so the sky really is the limit. Bearing in mind that one of our superstar fundraisers signed up 17 long term supporters to Save The Children in a single day. You are paid each Friday, three weeks in arrears.

Working mostly indoors (shopping centres, supermarkets, etc) this job is perfect for all year round employment, especially perfect for shielding from rain and cold of the upcoming seasonal change.
