**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Upsell food and drink items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure all health standards are maintained in the preparation of drinks.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, working collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, employing basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of hospitality principles and guest services.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Pay: £11.44-£13.34 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
