At Hoseflex we provide a one stop hydraulic, industrial and pneumatic service. We also manage and administer the largest subcontractor network of hydraulic vans in the UK.

We currently have the above vacancy and are searching for the right person with the talent and motivation to progress within the group. This excellent opportunity is based at our busy Trade Counter/Warehouse in the Moreton Hall Area of Bury St Edmunds.

**The Role - Office Administrator**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in maintaining an efficient, organised, and professional service to our customers from our head office in Bury St Edmunds.
- Accurate input of data
- Assisting with telephone calls
- Company database to be completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Work with others to achieve goals and solve problems when they arise
- Full training will be provided for assisting in all aspects of the mobile breakdown service. This includes allocating jobs to engineers across the country and dealing with customer requirements.
- Full training will also be provided to assist in processing invoices to go out to customers in an efficient and timely manner.
- Any other accounts or administrative requirements for the department.

**Person Specification - Office Administrator**:

- Have a strong sense of geography for the UK
- Strong computer skills and an ability to learn new system
- Good time management
- Flexible team player
- Ability to follow procedures
- Efficient and methodical approach with good attention to detail
- Previous customer experience role would be preferable but full training will be given to the right applicant.
- Strong computer skills are advantageous.
- We would prefer a person who is confident enough to answer the telephone and who has excellent written and oral communication skills as you will be expected to work constructively with customers and colleagues.
- A Full UK licence is not required but would certainly be a benefit.
