**Lead Business Analyst**

Hybrid working on offer (2/3 days in the office).

Our client who are a leader within their field, are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join their team in Central London.

As the Lead Business Analyst, you will support the implementation of a range of technology solutions through comprehensive requirements gathering for projects and programmes.

You will work alongside the Software Development Manager and the IT Manager and ensure that projects and programmes undertaken by our Digital and Technology Services team align with organisational needs and strategy. This is an ideal opportunity for an experiencedBusiness Analyst who wants to take the next step in their career and be part of an exciting period of transformation change.

**Duties**:

- In-depth experience of eliciting, analysing and documenting complex requirements, with the ability to translate user requirements into technical requirements
- Experience of documentation standards, user requirements through user stories and features and aligning user requests to a product and broader technology roadmap
- Demonstrable skills and experience in understanding, influencing, and implementing system architectures and agreed ways of working, designing and building solutions
- The ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and relay findings clearly and concisely
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Good working knowledge and understanding of fundamental IT and business principles and regulatory frameworks, such as ITIL and GDPR
