**Weekly Hours Worked**:9am till 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9 till 4pm Friday, 1 hour paid lunch break.

**Salary**:£6.85 per hour - £12,467 PA

Estio Training have an exciting opportunity to work for Gen-Fab in their marketing team. You will be helping develop their product websites.

**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:

- Working on their new websites.
- Contributing to internal and external marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Creation of digital marketing strategies and search-worthy content.
- Close working with creative director to speed up learning, working alongside various projects and upcoming work with Gen Fab.
- Shadowing members of the team and working with their clients.
- Learning and understanding social media platforms, their audiences and their suitable channels for various brands.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience.
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows desktop OS, Windows Server OS.
- Experience with Troubleshooting and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of social media platforms i.e., LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
- Basic understanding of PC.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

- Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
- Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
