Bilingual Medical Receptionist

An established organisation is seeking an experienced Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join its team based in Bangor, Gwynedd. In the role of Bilingual Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

- Receiving and making telephone calls
- Dealing with enquiries from patients and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner
- Processing forms and inputting data onto in house systems
- General office / reception administration including making appointments

To be considered for the Bilingual Medical Receptionist job you must have:

- Previous experience within a customer service or reception role, preferably within the NHS or a medical setting
- A compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle themselves well in stressful situations
- Ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh and English
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong IT and organisational skills
- A Current DBS Certificate or willing to undertake one is essential

This is a temporary role on a month by month basis working Monday to Friday on an hourly rate of £10.65 per hour plus holidays.
