Device Revive is hiring for one position in the new company. We are seeking someone from a customer service/retail background with knowledge of IT and Social Media.

**Day to Day activities include**:

- Greeting and serving customers who walk through the door,
- Working alongside other team members to push out social media content on platforms such as TikTok and Facebook,
- Build relationships with customers,
- Look for cross-selling opportunities to increase individual purchase value and overall sales,
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions,
- Ultimately, have fun at work.

We have tried to create an environment where it's not just a 9-5 job, it's more of a fun working environment.

You will receive training on all our equipment, so that you can advance your training and assist more with daily duties.

**Office Hours**:

- As a business, we are open 10am till 5pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 4pm on Saturday's. Saturday working is on a rota basis, you will only work 2 out of the 4 Saturday's per average month.
- You will be expected to work within our office/warehouse enviroment in Plympton.

**Experience**:

- We would like someone who has previously worked in a Customer Service role or a Retail Sales role. However, not required.

**Pay**:

- We have a salary starting at £9.50 an hour, overtime is available for those who are able.

**Process**:

- From here, if you have been successful to the next stage, we'll arrange a casual telephone call to get some more details about yourself.
- After this, if you are successful, you will be invited to a Teams/Zoom call or invited in-person to attend a formal interview.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week
