We are seeking graduates to join our graduate programme, to work across a portfolio of projects delivering end-to-end consultancy services. Working with a suite of technologies across a range of industries, we will train, coach and mentor you to ensure that you are prepared for every situation.

As part of the graduate programme, you can expect to join the team as a Technical Consultant, receive high quality training and real-world experience to become an expert who has the tools and skills needed for a successful career in cyber security.

**What you'll do**:

- Support the delivery of bespoke end-to-end consultancy service to our clients, from gathering requirements through to implementation.
- Work closely with the technology team to designing, develop, and implement first-class IAM solutions.
- Support our clients' strategies to deliver organisation-wide transformation programmes
- Develop your skills to keep ahead of the trends in IAM so that the best solutions are offered to our clients.

**Who you are**:

- Degree educated in Computer Science/IT or equivalent skills.
- Basic programming skills e.g., C#/VB.NET and/or Java/J2EE solutions.
- Database knowledge e.g. SQL
- A team player with great communication skills.
- A creative problem solver.
