**The company**

Our client employs over 2000 people and offers a broad range of service offerings covering home sales, lettings, property management, mortgages, insurances, part exchange, conveyancing and surveying. Sales covers preowned properties, new properties and repossessedproperties.

You would be responsible for a defined multi-function area of an estate agency network.

**The Job**:
Responsible for supporting the Estate Agency Director in the implementation and delivery of the Area’s strategic operating plans including sales performance within the income, profit and market share across Estate Agency and Legal Services, with oversightand contribution to Financial Services and Land and New Homes.

**Main duties**:
Listings and Market share driven through a culture of canvassing and prospecting; embeds, owns, and actively evidences the Company principles for Canvassing, Prospecting and Market Share to optimise 'Area’ business opportunities.

To drives and create a partnership culture throughout the 'Area’.

To operate and support partnership working across all business streams within the 'Area’ to maximise efficiency within operations.

You will report to the Director of Estate Agency

To lead and motivate the Area business workingcollaboratively with the wider business to ensure that the Area strategy for recruitment, retention, training, coaching, and developing is aligned to the 'Divisional’ goals.

Conduct regular monitoring of the Area operating and financial results against plans and budgets, with an aim to improve and increase profitability.

You will be Accountable for the legal and commercial compliance.

Coach and promote a culture of high performance, build, and develop a highly effective team with the company core values and principals. Develop a continuous strategy of profitable growth.

**People Management.**

Motivate and provide clear direction and purpose, conduct in-depth one to one reviews.

Lead, coach, communicate, allowing this to breed within the Area and nurture a coaching culture within the business Able to train, present and motivate on your feet, over Zoom and through other multimedia interventions to lead a future facing business.

Situationally lead individuals of varying tenure and experience, identifying the style that should be adopted for each member of the Area team.

Car+ benefits salary to 40k with OTE 90K
