We’re on the lookout for someone passionate about customer service to be an advocate for our customers. As a Customer Voice Coordinator, you will support the development of a range of customer involvement initiatives, offering opportunities for all customers to meaningfully engage with Aster and influence decisions that positively impact the services they receive, and the communities they live in.

This rewarding role will see you working with colleagues from all areas of Aster and building strong relationships with our customers.

What you’ll do.

As Customer Voice Coordinator you will
- Provide all customers with opportunities to provide feedback that will continuously help us improve
- Support customers to provide feedback and enable meaningful engagement using various methods such as meetings and surveys
- Promote Aster’s formal groups and other methods of engagement
- Coordinate the delivery of neighbourhood enhancement projects, liaising with neighbourhood officers, project managers and key stakeholders

What you’ll need.

As a Customer Voice Coordinator, you’ll need
- To be an effective team player that can also work well independently
- Experience in organising/facilitating/chairing participative workshops, meetings, conferences and training
- To be committed to progressing ideas, projects and meeting deadlines
- A clear understanding of the importance of customer service
- Knowledge of current housing issues and laws
- To be a confident user of IT
- Strong communication skills
