PepsiCo is currently looking for Site Administrator & Soft Services Coordinator to join in Coventry on a 12 month FTC (Fixed Term Contract) position
**Responsibilities**:
Manage the administration function for site:
- Support for Site Senior Leadership team
- General administrative support to the broader site
- Reception Support & cover as required
- Coordination of site external visits & factory tours
- Implementation of internal product launches/new initiatives/promotions
- Site System owner for TMS (time management system)
- Ownership of site stationary, printers, office supplies & computer hardware - budget control and monitoring using procurement system
- Coordination of the site wide communication processes specifically:
- Ownership of site wide communications - LCD screens, Site Magazine and PepTalk
- Site briefings - scheduling and supporting the communications to be shared to the site
- Organisation of specific site events
- Organisation of specific Team Events / communication days, held by the site
HR & Facilities Support:
- Ownership of Lockers, polo shirts & meeting rooms allocation (Soft services)
- Ownership of site wide Reward and Recognition schemes / events - budget control and monitoring, including co-ordination of Christmas activities
- Ownership of certain mybuy order placements, supporting service contracts and general purchase orders.
Qualifications:
- Computer literate. Familiarity with computer software (word, excel, Power Point etc)
- Excellent Communication skills
- Great administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work within a budget
- Demonstrate problem solving capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
- Good leadership, influencing, presentation, communication and decision making skills
