Accompanied Viewer

**Your Move Lincoln**are looking for a Part time Accompanied Viewer to join the Sales and Lettings team.

This branch is part of **National Home Move** who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

Must be reliable, be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.

Key responsibilities include:

- Attending and carrying out accompanied viewings at owners properties
- Gaining viewing feedback and passing this on back to the branch.
- Delivering excellent customer service and communication
- The person will be able to demonstrate the ability to build relationships with clients and exceed their expectations with a trusted and friendly approach
- Full Training will be provided.

**Hours to be flexible but generally 2 week days and every Saturday are required.**
