**About the Client and Role**:
My client, a global trading organisation is looking for an experienced C++ Developer to play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and supporting the systems and services for their forthcoming trading platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with business analysts and architects to review and understand complex requirements for the business
- Compose high-quality documentation e.g. Detailed Functional Test specifications
- Be a mentor for other members of the team
- Previous experience incorporating C++ development
- Previous experience developing large scale, low latency systems
- Understanding of financial services, derivatives, or trading in an exchange
- Software development methodologies
- Knowledge of relational databases e.g. Oracle
