**Contract Seasonal**(1st March 2025 - 31st November 2025)

**Hours**20 Hours Per Week

Friday: 5.00pm - 12.00am

Saturday: 2.00pm - 10.00pm

Sunday: 12.00pm - 5.00pm

Low Haber Caravan Park is situated on a beautiful riverside location on the Whitfield Estate.

We are recruiting for part time Clubhouse Supervisor to work within the onsite clubhouse on a part time basis during the park season to work 20 hours per week across Friday, Saturday and Sunday and extended hours over the bank holidays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Open the Clubhouse on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday 1st March until 31st November 2025 in line with licencing rules and regulations.
- Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Process orders accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and serve drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.
- Ensure the clubhouse, toilets and social area are clean before opening, throughout the time they are open and cleaned again on closure.
- Follow health and safety procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Handle cash and card payments using a cash register or card reader.
- Carry out the stock take for the bar.
- Stock ordering and stock control.
- Changing of beer barrels and gas cylinders.
- Report any breakages/ repairs required to the Caravan Park Manager.
- Report directly to Caravan Park Manager on any other issues.
- Responsible for the till role on each shift.
- Return till receipts to Caravan Park Manager in the Caravan Park Office after each shift.
- Any other duties that you may be asked to carry out by the Caravan Park Manager or Managing Agent for The Whitfield Estate Partnership.
- Support Park Manager and Caravan Owners with Events.
- Be able to be flexible with working hours during monthly events and availability on bank holidays as required.
- Undergo any training courses that are applicable and relevant such as Manual Handling & First Aid at Work.

**Requirements**:

- Own transport is required.
- Previous experience as Bar Staff or a similar role is desirable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Good knowledge of drinks.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
