We have positions starting now, but also for the summer (but please get in touch now even if not back from Uni / college).
We are looking for - chefs, kitchen staff, bar folk, servers, runners, glass collectors, supervisors. All experience levels considered - full training provided.

With huge potential to progress within the business, with excellent training given - very competitive rates. Perks package, pension, etc..
Working for us is a fantastic opportunity - we will train you, nurture you and provide fantastic career progression (or just provide some beer money for the summer).

We have positions available in all 6 pubs

The Elephant & Castle (Wheathampstead) - A full time chef (full chef / soux / CDP), a couple of KPs, Full and part time waiters, bar staff and runners

The Red Cow (Harpenden) - Assistant Manager / Supervisor, Bar person & runners.

The Rising Sun (Slip End nr Luton) - Part time bar staff

The Reading Rooms (Wheathampstead) - A Part / Full time bar person

The Bull - Whitwell (nr Hitchin / Stevenage) - A full time chef, Full time bar / Front of House plus part time bar people

The 8 Bells (Hatfield) - 2 part time bar staff
