Receptionist/telephonist/administrator

The post holder will provide comprehensive and high quality reception service for the service including managing the appointments’, assisting in the organisation of their workload and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team in order to achieve targets.
The post holder will work in a challenging environment that undergoes constant changes and will need to exercise judgement and use a combination of skills to deal with day-to-day issues.
The post holder will be expected to demonstrate a sensitive and caring attitude that is client-focused and maintain a calm and organised approach when working under pressure.
An exciting opportunity to join our friendly team as first contact for patients contacting the surgery for assistance. We are looking for a caring, empathetic, and enthusiastic receptionists, with experience dealing in members of the public.
Welsh to be learned on appointment within 12 months’.
