**The Opportunity**

We have the opportunity for you to join our team as Stock Controller. Some of what you can expect to be doing includes:

- To manage materials from purchase through to delivery, ensuring stock levels guarantee full supply, while minimising the likelihood of wastage.
- Communicate with Planning / Schedulers, any issues that may affect production/ production times.
- Escalate material issues through the correct channels.
- Monitor raw material waste(MOQ) and where issues cannot be resolved without support escalate to the appropriate person(s).
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with the supply base.
- Continuously look at ways of improving stock control process / material handling / ordering, to ensure maximum efficiency with minimum spend.

- Knowledge and understanding of stock control /stock
- Knowledge and understanding of food manufacturing
- Level 2 Qualification in Maths and English
- Previous experience in a stock related position
- IT Literate - Intermediate Excel Skills
- High level of numeracy and literacy
- Planning, Organising & Change Management
