Summary This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.

**Hours**: Average 36 hours per week. There will be no split shifts and evenings as we are predominately a day business. There is some flexibility and shorter working hours in winter months due to the property opening timetable - from mid-Februarytill end of October working 5 out of 7 days working pattern changing to 2-3 days per week in winter months.

**Typical shift: **9am-6pm

**Salary**: £17,544 per annum including 33 days annual leave, company pension scheme, plus other benefits.

**Duration**: This is a permanent role which offers realistic salary progression based on annual reviews.

What you'll be doing Ensuring the team are competently trained and compliant with relevant legislation, you’ll also make sure every food and drink order is beautifully presented and served with a smile.

You will not be required to work nights, split shifts and will be off on Christmas Day and Boxing Day as the property is fully closed to the public.

You will receive a bespoke induction on appointment and further professional training & development opportunities are available
