Mechanical Mate

**Duties/Responsibilities**:
**We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Mate to join our team in Berkshire.**

**Hours: 0745-1630 (1615 on Fridays), 30 minute lunch, 9 day fortnight (avg. 37hrs per week)**

**Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities / Deliverables**
- Help install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems in industrial, commercial and domestic environments.
- Work in both indoor and outdoor settings.
- Able to work on their own proficiently and work without supervision in the most efficient and economical manner.
- They may contribute to the way a task is to be carried out.
- They are able to understand and set out jobs from drawings and specifications.
- Obtain a full understanding of all areas of site and mechanical safety.
- On completion of their work the mechanical systems must be safe to use.
- They must adhere to safe working practices without endangering themselves or others.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- They will contribute inside their skill set to the design, development, manufacture, construction, commissioning, operation or maintenance of products, equipment, processes, systems or services.
