**Description of Team / Department**

**Purpose of / Responsibilities of the role**

Your duties will include the use of computer based and manual systems for batching and dispatch of concrete, the daily receipt and processing of telephone orders, controlling routine maintenance, maintaining excellent housekeeping standards, and supervising contractors and haulers to ensure this site is operated in accordance with all Health, Safety & Environmental Legislation and within quality scheme criteria.

**Skills / Experience**

Previous experience in the concrete industry would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given.

A good telephone manner and excellent communication skills are essential.

Applicants should be reliable, have an organized but flexible approach and be adaptable enough to be able to respond to the changing circumstances of our day-to-day business, with the aim to exceed our customer's expectations.
