We are looking for compassionate and committed Support Workers / Healthcare Assistants in Lewisham, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in her home.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a lady in her 50s who lives in Lewisham in her family home with her daughter. She requires support throughout the day on a 1:1 basis.

Whilst at home she enjoys watching her favourite TV programs such as Loose Women, various series on Netflix, watching films with her carers, and enjoys discussing the plot throughout.

A good pamper session is another favourite pastime of hers, especially having her hair washed and nails done, and enjoys the occasional takeaway when she can.

Our service user is very sociable and loves spending quality time with her family and care team, getting out into the community, and enjoying the sunshine in her garden.

Throughout the day you will be required to assist her to enjoy her hobbies, interests and accessing social activities, as well as meeting her clinical care needs, and supporting with her personal care and moving and handling requirements. You will also offer encouragement to promote her independence as much as possible.

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team**

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months of previous care experience
- Personal Care experience
- Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration

**Desired Experience**
- Epilepsy Care
- Seizure Management

**We have the following shifts available;**
- Part Time Days
- 2 Shifts Per Week
- 8:00am-8:00pm
- Must Have Weekend Availability

We are Currently paying £14.00 per hour for this position (£168 approx. per 12-hour shift)
