**Job description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Pizza Shop Personal Assistant.
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide essential support to the pizza shop owner or manager, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, customer interaction, and assistance in managing daily operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Entry requirements of this job**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and staff in a professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.

**Tasks required by this job include**:

- Assist in managing daily operations, such as inventory management, order placement, and tracking supplies.
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and providing information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Take orders from customers in person, over the phone, or online, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Process payments, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Coordinate and communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of customer orders.
- Assist in coordinating and executing marketing and promotional activities, such as social media updates, flyers, and special events.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns, resolving them promptly and escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist in training new employees and provide guidance to existing staff when needed.
