You’ve been a TA, LSA or Teacher and there’s been one student in your class that needs more support than others. Sound familiar?

**As a teacher**, you’ve got to think about the class and dividing your time between 30.
**As a TA or LSA**, you need to focus on several students that need your support.
**As an Education Specialist with Fresh Start**, you can engage **one** young person with their education.

**What does a typical day look like?**
- Support young people who cannot access education - we work with them outside of the school environment
- Flexible working hours - sessions can be 3-5 hours with a young person (Monday to Friday)
- Work with children who have SEND & SEMH needs
- Inspire the hope for a better future

**What are we looking for?**
- 2-years minimum experience in SEN/education
- Experience delivering a primary/secondary/functional skills curriculum is adventagous
- Commitment and understanding of Safeguarding
- Experience in engaging young people with often complex & challenging behaviours

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £15.00-£30.00 per hour
