Erigo are delighted to announce a new position for either a Senior or Principal Structural Engineer to join the team, dependent on experience.

This is an opportunity for the right person to take an active role in developing the business, with a view to taking over the ownership of Erigo within 4-5 years.

**Professional Qualifications and Experience**

Some site experience would be preferred and evidence of producing practical and buildable solutions will be required.

You will be familiar with CAD, preferably AutoCad Revit and structural analysis software.

This is an opportunity to work alongside and learn from an accomplished Civil Engineer, with a breadth of experience from 25 years running his own practice and 16 years serving with the Royal Engineers.

**Person Specification**

Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, demonstrating the ability to provide advice to architects, developers and individual clients to give them confidence and direction in their decision-making.

You will have tangible experience of business and client relationship development.

Enthusiastic, reliable, and independent, you will be confident and competent, with personal ambition for development.

A full driving licence and your own car is essential, standard mileage rate on client business will be paid.

**Working Environment**

Flexible working is available, with a requirement to work a minimum of 18 hours a week from the Erigo offices in Stonegate.

Ideally you will live not more than an hour’s commute from TN5 7DU.
