Window Cleaner

Join the team:
Due to continued growth throughout 2024 we have an exciting opportunity for a new team member to join our window cleaning division to help with continued growth for the 2025 year.

M.C.Cleaning Company have been operating around Norfolk and Suffolk for the past 20 years and within this time have built up a great loyal customer base both domestic and commercial.

We are now on the lookout for a hard working person to join our window cleaning team to help maintain domestic and commercial windows around the Norfolk and Suffolk areas.

You will be using the water fed pole machine and must be able to use traditional methods, if you can not do both please do not apply.

Gutter cleaning using gutter vac machines will be required.

You will also be given a 1 day trail and work with our window cleaning team to see if you can do both methods.

The ideal person will need to be over the age of 21 years old due to insurance purposes.

Experience in both methods is a must.

Hours are from 8.00am and in the summer months earlier when required.

Finish time 16.00pm

Pay £14.00 per hour.

Quarterly bonus.

You would be given a job sheet each day and the works must be completed to a high standard.

Must be in great physical health

Polite and approachable

Able to use ladder on occasions

Must have at least 2 previous employment references

- Perform window cleaning duties for both residential and commercial properties, ensuring all glass surfaces are spotless.
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and solutions to achieve optimal results while adhering to safety standards.
- Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Report any issues or concerns regarding the job site or client requests to management promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in window cleaning is required with minimum of 1 year.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
- A valid driving licence is a must for travel between job sites.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
