A bit about you

A great Team Leader will love hospitality, and have a genuine passion for people, being able to lead and inspire the team to be the very best they can be. Our Team Leaders need a desire to learn and be the best they can be.

You’ll need experience as a Team Leader, both leading teams and demonstrating independence and initiative.

You’ll need bags of personality, the type where customers know you by name and you know theirs You’ll need a natural passion for delivering excellence in everything you do with an ability to multi-task throughout the day - there will be times where you’re juggling 3 or 4 things at once

If you’re a natural at conversation, and you take care and pride in what you do, then you’ll fit in just fine We’ll give you the skills you need to make a great burger, so don’t worry about that

We use amazing suppliers, so our people need the knowledge and confidence to be able to talk through our products. And as the Team Leader, you’ll be expected to inspire the same passion throughout the team.

Team Leaders will be responsible for the successful, compliant and profitable opening and closing of the unit. Leading the team to open and set the day for trade
- it will be expected of you to work both FOH and BOH roles, ensuring the safe and profitable set up of the unit.

You’ll be responsible for the health, safety and cleanliness of the unit whilst on duty, along with an array of other responsibilities and tasks you’ll be trained to undertake.

A bit about the responsibilities

A Team Leader takes on a range of roles including the list below, this is not exhaustive and you may be required, either upon reasonable request, or using your own initiative, to undertake more tasks and responsibilities than listed in order to fulfil your role and meet business needs:

- Preparing and serving our product and ensuring every order is received to spec
- Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment
- Cleaning service, grill and prep areas, including seating if appropriate and litter picks if necessary to maintain client relationship
- Ensuring the product displays and merchandising meet brand standards
- Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers, including upselling and product partners (what product goes well with another)
- Serving customers and taking orders
- Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies
- Receiving and processing customer payments
- Direct and coach fellow team members to ensure compliance of brand standards
- Completing orders and stock counts
- Reporting and analysing sales and sales patterns to report to Company Directors
- Undertaking and completing Food Safety and Health and Safety tasks and paperwork
