**About Us**:
We are dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to our diverse student body. As a Caretaker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our college premises.

**The Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join us on a full-time permanent basis. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our college facilities, both indoors and outdoors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting regular inspections of the college premises to identify and address maintenance issues, health, and safety hazards.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as repairing fixtures, painting, and minor repairs.
- Ensuring that all areas of the college, including classrooms, offices, and communal spaces, are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Coordinating with external contractors for larger maintenance projects and repairs.
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of equipment and furniture for events and activities.
- Responding promptly to requests for assistance from staff and students and providing excellent customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
