We are currently looking to expand their fantastic team of care assistants Support Workers in our local residential services.

You’ll get a fully paid induction with ongoing training and support from a dedicated Manager plus the opportunity to undertake a qualification in health and social care funded by us much more when you join.

We work within the principles of person-centred support, enabling development and inclusion in their everyday lives within their home and wider community.

You’ll be supporting the service user with general household chores such as cooking, laundry, vacuuming and dusting and in some cases personal care (assisting with bathing,personal care, toileting and feeding).

CONTRACTS AVAILABLE

Full time - 22- 44 hours per week
Sessional/bank hours also available (flexible working to fit around you)
Working hours are on a shift pattern rota basis including some weekend working

**Applicant requirements**:

- Level 2 or above in a Health and Social care setting is desirable but not mandatory
- Due to the nature of this position you need to be 18 years of age or above
- Passion and drive to make a difference is must
- Successful applicants will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check
- Experience in a similar role
