**Care Support Worker - Supported Living Home**

**About the Role**

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Support Workers to support our residents with complex needs. As part of our team, you will:

- Provide high-quality personal care tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Assist with daily activities, encouraging independence where possible.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
- Administer medication (if trained and required).
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you must have:

- At least 3 months of experience in a care setting.
- A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, or weekends as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.44-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 40 per week
