- **£22,000-£25,000 basic depending on experience**:

- **£35,000 OTE year 1, £50,000 OTE year 2, £70,000+ OTE year 3**:

You will come from a strong sales background and have demonstrable achievements within your previous and current roles OR be a recent graduate looking to start a career in Recruitment.
