You will be working within our B2B commercial team with a focus on creating accurate and dynamic forecasts for some of our existing Distributionclients. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with teams across the business, collecting market knowledge and data insights to improve our forecasting and planning activities. **Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing As OurDistribution Planner**: - Owning the planning and forecasting process for existing Distribution customers - Understanding customer profiles to create accurate stock and volume forecasts - Actively engaging with sales, operations and supply chain teams to understand the impact of internal and external forces on forecasts - Quantifying progress against forecast and making adjustments to maintain forecast accuracy - Assisting with the monthly forecast and annual budget process - Supporting with weekly and monthly reporting packs **A Few Things About Our Distribution Planner**: - Strong communication skills and enjoys working with stakeholders from different business areas - Proficient in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, sum/countifs etc) - Enjoys using data to drive forecasting and decision making - Great attention to detail - Is curious about the business model and the markets we operate in **Why Choose AO**: Our people are our superpower, and that’s no accident.
