**About the company;**

Lane's Auto Repairs are a family run business based in Wadebridge. We offer a very high level of customer service and have a large client base to look after. We are looking to expand our team to ensure we continue to do this with maximum efficiency.

**Experience required;**

**A genuine passion for the motor trade is essential to this role**. Previous experience in a similar motor trade customer service/reception/service advisor role. Excellent customer service. Customer relationship maintenance and communication skills. The ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Have a flexible can-do attitude in a varied and fast paced environment.

**Job Description;**

The ideal applicant will be computer literate and competent to manage reception alone. You will be required to communicate with the workshop floor team regularly to ensure job cards are completed and customer expectations are met. You will be required to have a full UK driving licence. A typical day would include but not be limited to;

**Benefits**;
40 Hour working week; Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. No weekends. 1 hour lunch break. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
