**Stock Controller**

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Location: Newton-Le-Willows, WA12 0JJ

**Salary**: £18,000 - £20,000

**The Company**

Pall Mall Medical is a rapidly growing private health care provider based in the Northwest. Our hospital in Newton-le-Willows has 2 surgical theatres and a radiology department. We perform mainly cosmetic surgery but are always exploring new services to deliver.

We also have city centre clinics in Manchester & Liverpool, where we deliver predominantly GP & Consultant appointments.

We pride ourselves on delivering 5-star healthcare to all our patients and clinicians and we’re looking to expand our team in-line with our ambitions to further grow the organisation.

**The Role**

Duties of this role will include, but not be limited to;
- Purchasing goods & services in line with cost, quality & delivery targets.
- Supporting the purchasing function and communicate any supply problems which may impact on the business.
- Making phone calls to new and existing suppliers.
- Data entry.
- Managing invoices.
- Liaising with the procurement manager, finance and sales teams.
- Monitoring and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Ongoing assessment of minimum stock and order replenishment levels, checking for unexpected shortages
- Manage purchase orders and monitor their progress to ensure that stock arrives on time
- Follow up any problems with damaged, missing or incomplete stock deliveries
- Liaise with accounts department to sign off invoices and resolve any invoice queries
- Previous purchasing/supply chain experience

- Hours: Full-time 37.5 Hours
- Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 (depending on experience)
