**Customer Administrator**

We are looking for someone with a positive and assertive nature, able to work under pressure and manage own work loads.

You will also be responsible for inputting jobs onto our teams diaries through accepted quotations or emergency call out visits. Therefore, understanding of time management will be key for this role.

The job role has potential to grow in the business and becoming a key team member.

We have all necessary CRM systems in place, so previous experience using a CRM system is an advantage for applicant.

We are looking for someone on permanent long term basis, starting with part time hours, possibly leading into full-time if the work load increases.

Someone enthusiastic and able use their own initiative and to help improve the efficiency of the company as we are growing.

Key responsibilities:

- To provide administerial support within a fast paced office environment
- Run and update our CRM system
- Answer & process all customer enquiries
- Data entry

Your experience will include:

- Proven administrative skills
- Exceptional customer focus/engagement
- Experience of delivering continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills to intermediate level

Qualifications and Skills:

- Basic knowledge of IT and Microsoft packages
- Good communication & time keeping.
- Previous relevant experience of customer administration
- Work consistently to a high standard with attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
