**What you’ll do**
- As a Senior Engineer, you will take the lead on all elements of the project, including to Design, develop, document, test and deliver software solutions.
- You will build high quality software within a timeframe set out by a project plan.
- Make technical decisions relating to the implementation of a technical design as well as delegate development tasks within a team.
- You’ll be responsible for technical decisions, estimates and technical delivery of the project, distributing work amongst the team and acting as the technical point of contact in internal and external project communications, including the client.

**What we need**
- An expert in either Android or iOS including knowledge of the latest platform specific tooling, design patterns and best practices.
- Awareness of cross-platform solutions such as Flutter, React Native and others.
- Experience in technically leading a project, from discovery, to design, development and delivery.
- Comfortable liaising with other project stakeholders including Product Owners, Project Managers and clients.
- An empathetic communicator, able to understand business needs and stakeholder points of view with the ability to communicate this to the rest of the technical team.
- A track record of delivering to a deadline.
- Experience in either Play Store or App Store submission.
- Knowledge and appreciation of project NFRs; code quality, performance and security considerations.
- Experience in mentoring junior engineers, patient and a strong team player.
- A passion for personal development - you’ll always keep up to date with industry best practice and technology.
- Great communication skills, confident speaking with other members of the team and escalating any staff issues to team lead.
