**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruitment Support _
- Draft, update, and post job advertisements on job boards and company platforms.
- HR Administrative Support _
- Produce offer letters and employment contracts for new hires.
- Ensure new starter paperwork is completed, collected, and uploaded to PeopleHR.
- Manage and update the corporate benefits portal for new starters and leavers.
- Maintain compliance by tracking completion of GDPR training, signed contracts, and right-to-work documentation.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, projects, and ad hoc tasks as required.
- What You’ll Need _
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (experience with ATS or HR software is a plus).
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: £22,308.00-£23,000.00 per year
